Our 1 day cleanse includes 1 smoothie and 5 juices. We include Matcha in your first smoothie as it carries many antioxidants and much caffeine that may help with any coffee withdrawals you have on your first day.  We also include 2 almond based milks, 2 green juices and one root juice. Enjoy.
