Our 5 day cleanse includes 3 days of smoothies and juice, while the last two days we substitute your fourth juice of the day with a salad. We like a raw salad as it adds some extra fiber to your cleanse. Each day you will be getting 1 smoothie and 5 juices. We include Matcha in your first smoothie as it carries many antioxidants and much caffeine that may help with any coffee withdrawals you have on your first day. Each day also includes 2 almond based milks, 2 green juices and one root juice. Day 2, Day 3, Day 4 and Day 5 smoothies are low in calories and sugars but high in antioxidants, nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Your salads on Day 4 and Day 5 are raw and delicious. Enjoy.
